    Goal

    Improve sales and marketing in 6 months

     

    Background

    $3 million Medical Device company looking to grow top line revenue with primary concern of sales and marketing organization. 

     

    Activities

    Completed suite of competitive and market analysis. Developed proprietary comprehensive sales funnel model and complimentary CRM to track and identify weaknesses. Restructured sales organization, recruited manufacturer representatives and rolled out training tools. 

    Identified strategic partnerships and engaged in long-term agreement.

     

    Results

    Signed an $87 million three-year agreement with strategic partner.

  • TURN-AROUND

    Goal

    Improve Net Income in 120 days by 12% annualized

     

    Background

    $20M company running with a net loss.  Inside cross functional team spent a year and improved Net Income from -$800K to -$400K.

     

    Activities

    Rolled out proprietary 3-step plan to improve profitability, allowing 30 days to execute on each step and upgraded the General Manager in the process. 

     

    Results

    Achieved goal of 12% improved Net Income target.  With six months left in calendar year, able to realize 6% in first year and 12% in subsequent year. 

  • TOP LINE GROWTH

    Goal

    Improve sales in 6 months

    Background

    $60M electronic component company with moderate growth and limited sales activity. 

     

    Activities

    Conducted proprietary growth strategy review to assess their products and market to determine if they had a product issue or sales issue. Created a Tier 1 growth strategy and implemented a go-to-market strategy.  Developed a Product Roadmap to diversify offering. Improved profitability with proprietary 3-step plan to help fund additional sales channel investments and product investments.

     

    Results

    Improved EBITDA by $1.8 million. 

    Developed a plan to improve CAGR by 12%.
