Completed a Growth Strategy Review and created a 10X growth strategy, targeting a growing niche.  Worked with executive team to improve on all aspects of the business including, strategy, people, execution, and cash.

Sold the company for $400M in three years.

Goal

Improve Net Income in 120 days by 12% annualized

 

Background

$20M company running with a net loss.  Inside cross functional team spent a year and improved Net Income from -$800K to -$400K.

 

Activities

Rolled out proprietary 3-step plan to improve profitability, allowing 30 days to execute on each step and upgraded the General Manager in the process. 

 

Results

Achieved goal of 12% improved Net Income target.  With six months left in calendar year, able to realize 6% in first year and 12% in subsequent year.
